Hi, I'm Chi!
I’m a UX Product Designer with 14 years of experience working on complex SaaS products, primarily ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms.
I build high-fidelity prototypes that turn complex ideas into tangible solutions, helping teams align quickly around a shared vision. Accessibility and thoughtful interaction design are always part of my process—because every detail matters when you’re creating experiences meant to feel intuitive, helpful, and consistent for consumers across every touchpoint.
